NOFA – “Triage” Housing and Placement Services for Homeless Single Adults
This Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) announces that the availability of San Diego Housing Commission (SDHC) funds to help transition homeless single adults into a coordinated system of housing and supportive services. This NOFA only applies to nonprofit organizations located within the City of San Diego.
