The Community Services Liaison performs "ombudsperson" duties for the agency, including:

• Assistance identifying/communicating with appropriate staff or resources
• Serving as impartial listener to clients
• Investigating complaints about programs, staff
• Helping clients who have "fallen through the cracks"
• Concerns with client decisions made by the Housing Commission
• Requests for administrative, or client case, reviews
• Help understanding how housing programs work
• Community liaison working with outside agencies, neighborhood groups, etc.
