| My landlord is turning my apartment into a condo - now what? Relocation assistance requirements Most condominium conversion projects approved before July, 2006 do not have to meet current tenant notification and relocation assistance requirements. Projects that applied prior to June 13, 2006 and received approval prior to July, 2006 will only be required to pay relocation benefits to tenants earning 100 percent or less of San Diego’s area median income. Forms used to verify incomes of tenants applying for relocation assistance. |
