City of San Diego Inclusionary Housing – North City Future Urbanizing Area

Following is information about affordable housing created in the “North City Future Urbanizing Area” (new residential areas in the northern tier of the City of San Diego) under the city’s inclusionary housing policy for that area. These are privately owned and managed housing developments. Each maintains its own waiting or interest list and applicants must apply directly through the owner or developer.
