After the welcome greeting, follow the prompts to enter your tenant’s 9-digit client identification number, followed by the pound sign. Enter all nine digits, including zeroes. (Your tenant’s nine-digit client identification number is printed on the rent portion statement.) If your tenant’s Housing Assistant is not available to take your call, please leave a voice message in which you clearly state your first and last name, reason for your call, and a daytime number where you can be reached.
