Effective August 1, 2008, SDHC is replacing its old Rental Vacancy List with a new, searchable database called “GOsection8.” Available at www.GOsection8.com, the online service is designed to target your housing search to meet specific needs, such as rent ranges, bedroom numbers, or geographic location. The listing is specifically for families and individuals wanting to rent a house or apartment using a Section 8 rental voucher in the City of San Diego.

This information is posted directly by private rental property owners and managers. The San Diego Housing Commission provides this information as a courtesy and is not responsible for its accuracy or the condition of the listed units.

To view a listing of vacant rental properties, go to www.GOsection8.com, click on “Begin Your Search Here” then follow the prompts. You will be asked to create a username and password to get started.
