Reporting Program Fraud or Abuse

If you suspect someone is fraudulently receiving rental assistance, you can report it to the San Diego Housig Commission’s (SDHC) Program Integrity Unit by completing the Program Abuse and Fraud Reporting Form.

NOTE: Due to confidentiality rules, we cannot provide updates on the progress or outcome of an investigation.

When filling out the fraud reporting form, please provide detailed information. Include the person’s name, address and Social Security number, as well as specifics regarding the alleged fraudulent activity.
